We have just received, from Hon. Fisker Fercceoit, the Delegate to Congress from this Territory, three large quarto volumes entitled "Report of the Commercial Relations of the United States with all" "Foreign Nations." We have only glanced at these books, but are sure the editor will value them highly. In the distribution of public documents among our people, there has been this year, since Mr. F. took his seat as our Delegate,a mitked difference with that of the preceding years. 7,000 Clears For sale at the City Drug Store.
