urorao Hoover, Esq., in which he states that certain
tories are in ciroulation that the undersigned claim
acme interest in Nemaha City for the purposo of in
juring iU pmspcrity. It may do quite well to cir
culate a. report of that nature hero the facts are
unknown, but to t'io?o knowing the fact each a
statement is merely foolish.
And for the purpose of giving a fnir opportunity
to jiersoni to ascertain the facts we hereby warn all
persona from purchasing any pretended claim or
interest in tho said town of Nemaha City, from the
aid Jerome Hoover, a be has sold and received ray
for nine-twelfths of said town, and suit is now pending

by them purchased in the same;, and they have not
