THE rROPRIETOS3of this new town, recently
laid off in Nemaha eocnty, Nebraska, wish to
call the attention of the citizens as well as those
just ming into the cotJtrty, to the nnmerous adran
tag s, they are confident all who will take the trouble
to examine will acknowledge, surround it. In the
first place it is as near as possible in the pcograpki
aal centre cf the ccunty it is in the centre of pop
ulation and improvement U on the main through
fare leading North and South and East and West.
The town site is nearly lev el, gently rollin, i3 sur
rounded by the timbers of the Missouri and Little
Nemaha; good water is cf easy access, scTeral fine
springs are on the town site. Good building stone
near at band stone coal las been found in abund
ance within a short dav3 travel, which can be
brought into requisition fcr mechanical purposes cf
all kinds.

the day is net far distant when a Railroad will be
constructed along the river tier cf counties in Ne
braska, from the norihren to the southrcn boundary.
The nature cf the country is such that this road must
pass through Eldorado.
With its position and uli these advantages sur
roaadingit, the proprietors with many ethers, feel
assured that it will be for the best interests cf the
co -nty to locate the County Seat at Eldorado. Be-
lieveing thus and feeling willing to assist the county
we pledge ourselves and will enter into bond, if
necessary, to donate to the County two- hundred
acres of land in town Iwts, provided the County Seat
is located there within a reasonable length of time.
