FINNEY & CODINGTON, ; ANNOUNCE to the Traveling Public that they have purchasel the entire interest in tha Ferry across the Missouri River at tho City of Brown ville, Nebraska, and. open the Season with, a now . substantial and coriniodious Ferry Boat, run by Dorse Power, which ar-angement will secure certain " passage at, all times and in all kinds of weather. The Proprietors do not assert boastingly, or for the purpose of gaining custom merely, but are governed ' by facts, when' they, say this is the best crossing of the Missouri JRiver in Nebraska, and wh.cn they say tfa) xouta from Brownville to; Fort Kearney and from thence to California i3 the nearest, for evidence they refer the reader to tho map of the Country; and are warranted in saying it is the most practicable route ty personal experience, as well as that cf hundreds of others who have traveled it. We claim therefor that thi3 crossing and route holds out peculiarly favorable inducements, to persons going to California, and solicit their patronage. Not withstanding our superior arrangements for a safe and speedy crossing, ourkiharges are tho same as other Ferries in Nebraska, 'ail being regulated by Legisla tive enactment.
