Kearney and from thence to California is the nearest,
for evidence they refer the reader to the map of the
Country; and are warranted in saying it is the rncst
'practicable route by personal, experience, as well as
' that of hundreds of others who have traveled it.
. We claim therefor that this crossing and route holds
out peculiarly favorable inducements, to persons
going to California, and solicit their patronage.. Not
withstanding oursupcrior arrangements for a ssfe
arJ speedy crossing, curf hargos are tho same as other
Ferries in Nebraska, all being regulated by Legiila
