Hervorragende deutsche Juristen und Siltoriker sollen Mitglieder dieses Tribunals sein. Der Minister des Innern, Dr. Edward David sagt, daß Deutschland ein derartiges Tri bunal haben müsse, um den Alliier, ten bei Einsetzung eines Wbunals zuvorzukommen. Herr L. D. Bland, der mternatw nale Schatzmeister der Organisation der Straßenbahnangestellten. wird sofort die nötigen Vorarbeiten für eine Rcferendumsabstlmmung erledr, gen. Chupp, ein wohlbekannter Viehzüchter von Dunlap, Ja., starb in der Wohnung feines Sohnes nach kurzer Krankheit. Der Verstorbene war 65 Jahre alt und hinterlaßi sechs Söhne und eine Tochter. Der Gouverneur erschien vor versammelten beiden Häusern und verlas seine kurz gehaltene Bot, schaft.
