He had been ill for about a year. He is sur vived by a wife and one daughter, Miss Doda Inskeep, who lives at homo. For many years, Mr. Inskeep ran a mill on North High stTeet, which was one of the old landmarks of Columbus. For the past seven years, however, he had been doing work for the Zinn Lumber company, running a small cacpenter shop on the roar of his lot. He was a mill wright by trade. Henry A. Ulrlch, the white man charged with an assault upon Booker T. Washington, the negro educator, was acquitted at New York City. The board of trustees of Columbia university has decided to carry to ward . completion as speedily as pos sible the school of journalism planned and endowed by Joseph Pulitzer. Aviator C. P.
