Tenn. to Admit Negroes
To Graduate Courses
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (ANP). The
state of Tennessee yielded to de

This action came as a result of
a ruling by State Atty. Gen. Roy
H. Beeler who approved the ad
mission of three Negroes to the
school. He commented that “strife
and toil” will follow his act.
