He was the third and final speaker on a series of discussions on the theme “Suc cessful Living” sponsored by the club. He spoke on “Meeting the Issues Involved”. It is true that “Life is likened to a gamble”, Washington stated. “It is true that there are many chances and uncertainties at tached to it; but there are certain things we can do to be sure we don’t ‘Crop Out’ before we make our point.” “I have just learned, after liv ing 23 years, that unless we face life with sincere and square ap proach, we can never make any gain toward a happy and success ful life,” he continued. He said too many of us spend time analyzing the lives of others and fail to inspect the imper fection of our own life. “We are all guilty of this gross error,” he asserted. “I’m going to start spending that time to work out a solution to my life.” BIBLES and BIBLE MAPS Co-op Book & Supply Store 1229 "R" Street Phone 2-3474 ROSCOE HILL'S CHICKS Improved Breeding From Fin est Trapnest Blood Lines.
