Chow Mein 2 cups chicken or turkey meat cut in cubes. 3 cups celery cubes 2 cups cut onions 1 can bean sprouts 1 can chow mein noodles 4 tablespoons Chinese sauce Pepper, salt Fry celery and onions in a lit tle butter or oleo, then add Yz cup hot water and cook. Add sprouts, cook several minutes, add sauce, thicken mixture with a little flour Remove to hot platter, serve with noodles, or hot steamed rice. Cauliflower with Egg Sauce 1 medium size cauliflower 2 tablespoons butter or oleo 2 tablespoons flour Yt teaspoon salt dash pepper Yi teaspoon Worcestershire sauce ) cup milk * hard cooked eggs, coarsely chopped l cup corn flakes, crushed Remove leaves and stalk of cauliflower, soak in salted water about 30 minutes; drain. Cook in boiling salted water about 20 minutes. Drain carefully, put in to greased baking dish. Melt the butter or oleo, stir in flour, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce, add milk gradually, cook until thickened, stirring constantly, fold in eggs, pour over cauliflower, sprinkle with buttered cornflake crumbs. Bake in moderate oven 375 degrees about 25 minutes or until crumbs are browned. Serves 4 to 6. French Fried Onions 3 large mild Bermuda onions milk 2 slightly beaten eggs enriched flour salt Peel onions and slice V\ inch thick. Separate rings and soak in milk to cover 1 hour. Drain, dip into egg then into flour. Shal low fry in hot fat until light brown, about 2 to 3 minutes. Drain on absorbent paper and sprinkle with salt. £500,000 Will Under Attack Woman Left Money to Father Divine Units New York (AP)—Mrs. Mary Sheldon Lyon, who died last Oc tober 10 at the age of 85, left her residuary estate estimated at 500 thousand dollars to two corpora tions. Both were established by F followers of Father Divine, Negro evangelist. In her will filed in Surrogate’s Court Tuesday, five hundred dol lars was provided for her brother, Dr. William Hills Sheldon, report ed at present in Rome, and $2,500 plus household and personal ef fects to “my faithful and devoted friend,” Patience Budd, a maid. I . ' Meanwhile, George J. Regan, an attorney who said he had been engaged by Dr. Sheldon, said he had obtained a show cause order from Surrogate William T. Col lins. He said it charged that Mrs. Lyon “lacked testimentary capa city and that the will was pro cured by fraud and undue in fluence by one Father Divine, alias the Rev. Morgan J. Divine, alias Major J. Divine,, alias Joe Baker and others." The two organizations which share equally in the residuary es tate under the will are the Palace Mission, Inc., in Harlem, and the Palace Mission Church and Home, Inc., of Brigantine, Pinebrook, N.
