regular sessiou at the court bouse this

Protest of R. W. Frost was on mo
tion allowed, he being assessed witn
a mortgage being the tax clause, not
therefore being liable for the tax
thereon.
On motion, duly made, seconded
and carried, was allowed W. B. East
ham *30.27 as damages by reason of
the establishment of Kohl's road in
full settlement of the differences of
his claim tiled and the amount here
tofore allowed by the board.
Action of the board relative to the
awarding of contracts for county sup
plies was on motion reconsidered.
Bids for the furnishing of county
supplies were again taken up and on
motion duly seconded and carried the
board awarded contracts the same as
in their meeting of the 9th iustani,
with the exception of election sup
plies. which was left on the open
market. '

The matter of the establishment
of the Johnson road now came up lor
consideration. The line ui said road
is commencing at Road No. on the
line between Elm and Webster town
