Mr. and Mrs. Harry Harrod of Fort Collins, Colo., arrived last Wednesday evening and visited till the first of this week with their daughter Miss Nancy Harrod, at the Mrs. Margaret Leininger home, ana other relatives, going from here for a further visit at Terre Haute, Ind., and on to Ohio, before returning to Fort Collins. It is five years since Mr. Harrod visited here before, and "fourteen years since he left here and went to Colorado to grow up handsome, dignified and wealthy in the golden state. 100 copies of sheet music just arriv ed at the Ten Cent Store. Henry Ransink, on his farm on Route 2, has just had a new additon put on his home and fixed up more comfortably for the coming winter. Henry has had more or less trouble in receiving his Northwestern of late, but it is hoped will get it regularly hereafter. ( ————— t We were pleased to meet last Satur day Mr. Alvin Gould of Comstock, who left here some seventeen years kgs to find fortune elsewhere.Leaving here, be went to Michigan, where,he remained for some seven years. From there he went up into the Black finig, later engaging in the cattle business during the bad years, in which be got the worst of the deal for a time, and latter settling at Comstock, where he is getting along nicely. ARTICLE IV The authorized capital stock of said Corpo ration Shall be TEN THOUSAND DOLLA_S (00.000.00) divided into shares of One Hun dred Dollars each, of which Fifty per cent shall be subscribed and paid for before the commencement of business, and the remain der of said capital stock to be paid at the call of the Board of Directors, ARTICLE V This Corporation shall commence to exist on the First day of October. A. D. 1913, and ter minate its existence on the First day of Octo ber. A. D. 1963. ARTICLE VI The highest amount of indebtedness or lia bility to which said corporation shall at any time be subject shall not exceed Two-Thirds of the paid-in Capital Stock. ARTICLE VII The affairs and business of said Corporation shall be conducted by a Board of Directors consisting of five (5) members, to be elected by the stockholders: such election shall take place and at such time and lie conducted in such manner as shall he prescribed by t he by laws of said corporation. ARTICLE VIII No person shall be eligible to become a member of the Board of Directors unless he is a Stockholder of said corporation. ARTICLE IX The Board of Directors shall have power to fill a vacancy in the membership of said board in the interval between one election and an other. AfiUCLI. A The officers of said Corporation shall be a President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer, who shall be chosen by the Board of Directors, and shall hold their respective office for the period, or term, of one (1) year, and until their successor is elected and qual ified. ABTICLE XI At all meetings of the Stockholders each share of stock shall be entitled to one (1) vote, which may be cast in person or by proxy. AKTICLF XII AU meetings of the stockholders shall be held at the office or place of business of the Corporation provided and designated in the by-laws. ARTICLE XIII The Board of Directors shall require the Treasurer of said Corporation to give a Bond in at least twice the amount of moneys which shall come into Its hands at any time by virtue of his office, with sureties to be ap proved by the Board of Directors.
