the Poor Farm' , submitting same to the

I Wheheas. the County of Sherman of the
| State of Nebraska, is the owner of the East
} half of Section thirty-five. Township sixteen
and Range fifteen. West of the Sixth P. M .
otherwise known a^ the Poor Farm which
is of the reasonable value of 120.000.00 and
upwards, and is unable to secure a reasonable
interest upon the value of said land receiving
onlv per year in rental, a large portion
of which is taken for expenses and reoairs
and whereas the said County of Sherman
receives no taxes from said land, and has no
use for same, the very few pauper* in said
county being boarded in private families and
looked after by the various Justices-of-the
IVace. as provided by law. and. whereas, the
proceed* of said land, if sold and applied on
; the bonded indebtedness of said county, wou.v.
I save said county m the neighborhood of
| $Wli00 per year in interest, in addition to the
• amount realized therefrom in taxe^.
Now. Therefore the undersigned *a.d
County Board of Supervisors deems it for the

price in cash, the balance to be secured by

state of Nebraska is the owner of the North
