Jaeschka was al lowed *35 damages to the nw4 3H-15-14 by reason of the establishment of the Dunker road along north side of said land, providing he w ithdrew iiis suit against the county. Clerk was on motion ordered to reissue a warrant to Hans Johnson, of *4 die claiming that he lost warrant No. 1543 last fall), on his making alfi davit that said warrant was lost and unpaid. Henry Beck was authorized to ac cept *lo in payment for rent from W F. Spencer for use of ne4 ne4 of Sec. 55-15-10 for year 1910. and County Attorney issue an order to said \V. F. Sj*encer to vacate said premises. Adjourned to 1 o'clock p. m. Board met at 1 o'clock, all mem bers present, county attorney, clerk. <»n motion Road Committee was ordered to view the road petitioned for in Berzina road petition and re port at next meeting. Report of Bridge committee on re pairing tl.e west river bridge, was on motion accepted. An error appearing in valuation of Lot 8. Block 2. Litchfield, valuation on said lot was on motion reduced from #500 to #75. A resolution was adopted in regard to the proposed sale of poor farm and other county property, which will be published iater in the county papers. Committee on claims reported hav ing taken the claims of Wm. Mizner. ■ Krank Dzingle and A. C. Lowry for taxes and allowed all the rest of the claims.
