On last Saturday morning little Nellie, the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Se lin, died at the residence of Mr. A. Four little girls acted us pall liearers, and may they ever remember that the little body that they bore to it's last resting place was like they were once, but now tlie soul has taktin flight to the arms of the Savior that said "Suffer the little ones to come unto me, for of suih is tlie Kingdom of Heaven." Again has the leath Anel visited this earth and taken away one of it's fairest and brightest flowers, Nellie Bee, young est child of Mr. and Mrs. J. H. N'ewlin. The little one had been ailing for some time, when about three weeks ago her parents took her to Harrison to consult a plijsii ian, but she grew rupidly worse until, after several days of untold suffer ing, her spirit ws released, and she passed from this life to life eternal, last Saturday morning Sept. 26, aged 2 years 4 months and 20 days. Nellie was permitted to remain only it short time in the home she brightened, but hy her beautiful disposition had become endeared to all whe knew her. The funeral services were conducted at tlie M. K. church hy Rev. Clark, and tlte remains laid to rest in the Harrison cemetery. The bereaved parents have the heart fell sympathy of their man friends in this their sad hour of affliction. The daylight broke in silence, The day was cold and gray; , The shadows lay before us, And hope seemed far away.
