Being a reader of your paper, I send yon the following: An old farmer of Arkan sas, w hose sons had all grown up and left him,' hired a young man by the came of Esau Buck to help him on the: frm. The next morning tlie old man said to the hired man: Esau, lam going to town today aod while I am gon", you may saw up that wood and k-ep the old mm out of tli garden. When tbe old man had, gooe Esau went out to saw t!ie wood, but when he saw the saw he wouldn't saw it. When Esau saw the saw he saw that he couldnt saw it with that saw. Esau looked around for another saw. but that i was the only saw he saw, so he didnt i saw it. When the old man came home be says to Esiu: Esau, did you saw tlie the wood? Esau faid: I saw tbe wood, but I wouldnt saw it; for when I saw the saw, I saw tliat 1 coulJn't saw with that saw, so I didut saw it. The old man went out to see the saw, and when he saw tbe saw ho saw that Esau could n't saw with that saw. When Efau saw that the ola man saw that he could n't saw with the saw Esau picked. up the ax aod chopped up the wood and made a see-saw. The next day the old man went to tOvn and bought a 'new "buck saw for Esau Buck,' and when' be came home he hung tlie bu:k saw for Esau Buck oo the saw buck by tbe see-saw. Just at this time Esau Buck saw the old Buck in the garden eating cabbage, and when driving him from the garden to the barn yard Esau Buck saw tlie buck saw on the saw buck by the see-saw, and Esau stopped to examine the new buck saw. flow, when tne old buck saw au Buck looking at tbe new buck saw oo the saw buck by the see-eaw, he made a dive for Esau, missed Esau, hiv ine'sw raw, knocked the see-saw against Esiu Buck, who fell on the Buck mw on the saw buck by the see-saw. Now, when the old mnn f aw the old buck dive at Esau Buck and Ean unl h:t tin see-saw and knock tbe sue-saw ar;a!UM Esau and Esau Buck fell on the Buck saw on the saw buck by the see-saw, he picked up the ax to kill the old buck, but the buck saw him coming, and dodg ed the blow, aod countered on the old man's ftomach; knocked the old man over the see-saw onto Esau Buck, who was getting up with tlie buck saw of! tlie saw buck by the see-saw, and knock ed Esau Buck and the buck saw onto th saw buck by the see-saw, crippled Esau Buck, broke the buck saw and tlie saw buck and see-saw. Now when tlie ok' buck saw the completeness of his victory over the old man and Eau Buck and th buck saw and the saw buck and the see saw, lie quietly turned around, went back and jumped into the garden agair. and ale up what was left of Uie old man' cabbage. 5a YP H I L I Su"ir 7 aiun! rndrt Tr.liult aoeiiietUl.
