Thu Fremont, Elkhorn & Missouri Valley railroad crosses Sioux county from east to west and the H. & M. has about Mteen miles of its hue, in the northeast part of the county. The climate i.s more pleasant than that of the eastern portioji of Xebiaska. There is still OVER 800,000 ACRES of land in Sioux county yet open to homestead entry. It is better land ami more desirably located than that for which such rushes are made on the open ing of a reservation.
