The bond is for $1,XJ0 and there is about f 00 in the hands of the county treasurer. At tha last annual meeting the boaitl was in structed to take the necessary action to jsiy the bond oil' or to apply what was on hand toward its payment, but the vwner refuses to accept a partial pay meat and the bond is past clue am) not enough to pay it in the sinking fund.
