Lithograph Mining Company.
ARTICLE II.
The oblect for which this corporation Is

and operate lithograph quarries, marble and
oil stone quarries. In the state o' South
Dakota, and to purchase and construct the
necessary plant for polishing and finishing
the product of said auarries. To lease or

the said corporation, and to use, maintain

ARTICLE III.
The capital stock of said corporation Is
Five Hundred Thousand Dollars (toOO.OOO.OO).
divided in five hundred thousand (500.000)
shares of the par value of One Dollar (tl.OO)
for each share, and said stock shall be non
assessable. ARTICLE IV.
Bald corporation to exist for the term of
twenty (20) years, following the execution

The affairs and business of the corporation
shall be managed by a board of five directors,
