Secretarial Guild of Free Masonry. Yesterday morning was made perma nent the organization of the "Grand Secretarial Guild of Free Masonry for North America," an association of the Masouic grand secretaries and grand recorders of North America for the purpose of systematizing the secretarial labors of Free Masonry. The Guild will meet twice every three years at the tri ennial convocations of the general grand chapter and triennial conclaves of tiie grand encampment. It may hold a meeting at Chicago next year.
