state in which it seems almost impos

pany started, and we have been urged so
many times by alliance men to encour
age a state company, that we have con
eluded to make the f dlowing proposal:
As soon as we have the names of fifty
men who will insure 950,000 or more we
ill submit articles of Incorporation and
bylaws for their consideration and ap
proval. If such articles do not meet
the approval of the proposed member,
he is thereby released from tsk;ng
membership in the proponed company.
We will endeavor to make this com
pany one that can be endorsed by all
allia ce peopl and in fact we atk thnt
