securing some of the stock and asking
the company to be pat in the hand of
a receiver. It went to court, but the

been placed in charge of receivers.
The bubble it blew se lustily has burss,
and the concern which thought to
make itself the central support and
beneficiary of a gigantic monopoly is
worse bankrupt than before. For this
result, so far as the managers of the
properties concerned are sufferers,
