sued by the department at the univer
sity, the past month was the coldest
and wettest March recorded in Ne
braska since 1867. That month was
colder, with less snow, although the
precipitation for the month, partly

victim of a monomania for years
and yet be perfectly rational on every
other matter and be able to do the
