Three miles of our business streets will be erailv decorated wirti Wf.i
of grotesque designs. These decorated streets will be shut, off from all
regular traffic, and will be turned over to our guests for amusement and
fun-making. No restrictions will be put on innocent amusement, but both
young and old will join hands to have the best time ever accorded the
people of this or any other state. It will quicken the pulse of the old and
rekindle the fires of youth in their hearts The middle aged will be sud
denly brought back to an actual realization of pleasures seemingly beyond
them; while the juvenile population will go wild with excitement and true
happiness.
