decree and upon motion of Thomas
Patterson, tha court ordered a similar
decree to be drawn in the case against
the Ifunola miners, fa which tha in
junction wa applied for by Itufu C.

The striker in camp about tha De
Armitt mines proposed to start for th
mines beaded by a bras band and
march until tha sheriff should stop
them, but just as they were read tc
start the deputies gathered just out'
side of the camp. The march was at

moving, and if approached by a dep
