Scoti von dem Signaliorps, wurden heute hier bei einer Aeroplan-» fahrt getötet. Sie fielen mit der Jlugmaschine aus einer Höhe vons fünfzig Fuß. Scott wurde aus Stel- ’ se getötet und Leutnant Rociwell ioi kchwer verletzt, daß er bald daraus-s starb. Ueber die Ursache des Unsalls ist nichts bestimmtes bekannt gewor-l den. New York, 28. In der Nähe dieser Stadt unternahm heute ein Lufischisser einen Ano Planslug. Da an der Flugmaschine etwas in Unordnung graten war, sah er sich genötigt, schnell zur Erde nie der zu geben. Er landete in einem Feld, wo der Eigentümer mit seiner Gattin den Lustschisser mit ihreni neugerigen Blicken verfolgten. So schnell ging der Aeroplan nieder, daß die Frau nicht mehr ausweichen konn te. Sie wurde getrossen und so schwer verleti, daß sie bald starb. Irinzregent Lnttvold.
