Robert Meislnger, Mildred Kngelkemeier, and Marie Lentz, were at Hooper, Nebraska, this week. They were in attendance at the Luther League convention on August 23 and 24. The "big feed" was given by Manager Ray Shaffer, Jesse Od gen and the Nord boys. This was the biggest treat the champs received, together with the many setups given by the local con cerns for each victory, and was very much enjoyed and appreciated by everyone who , attended. ATTEND SUNDAY SCHOOL MEET . Miss June Keil, Gerald Keil, Mr. and Mrs. Glen Kraeger, Rev. A. Lentz and family, Mildred Engelkemeier, and Wilma Frledrich, attended the annual Sunday school convention at Hanover, Kansas. The sessions were held on August 17 and 18 and were largely attended by the church people of the central west. The local people enjoyed very much the trip and the meeting.
