An election to vote again on swiming pool bonds, which were declared illegal due to the fact that the first election carried by only a small edge, and the law requires a three-fifths majority, has been call ed for Tuesday. A statement issued by the city council says that it was due to an error in the statute books, dating back to 1913, and only corrected in the 1ft. 31 issue. After consulting with well knowu authorities on municipal law it has been found that the city must pay for the swimming pool as contracted for. If the bonds are not voted a judg ment can be obtained and the money Will have to be paid by a direct ta. in one year. I SESun-Glo.
