The following resolution was pre sented, and after due consideration thereof, was passed and adopted, the resolution bring as follows: RESOLUTION Whereas, at a regular adjourned meeting of the Board of County Com missioners of. Cass county, Nebraska, held at its regular place of meeting. at the court house in Plattsmouth, in said county, on the 5th day of March, A. D. 1925, a petition signed by more than twenty freeholders of Louisville precinct in said Cass county, Nebras ka, was presented to said board, re questing the said Board of County Commissioners to give due notice and call a special election of the quali fied voters of said Louisville precinct, as provided by law, to vote upon the question of issuing bonds of said pre cinct in the sum and amount of $28,- 000.00 and to levy a tax annually upon the taxable property in said precinct, to pay the principal and in terest thereon as the same becomes due, to pay for the construction of the following highways within said precinct by graveling, or quarry run limestone, said limestone not to ex ceed one and one-half inches in diam eter, draining and grading the same, to-wit: Beginning at the southeast corner of Section thirty-three (33); thence north of the sec tion line about 1.25 mile3; thence east, northeast and north along the present traveled road through Sections twenty-seven (27) and twenty-two (22) and through the Village of Louis ville and north to the south end of th Platte river bridge; a total distance of about 4.3 miles.
