LINQUENT TAXES
OF CASS COUNTY
Notice is hereby riven that I. Mia U.
Oerine. Treasurer of Cass county. In
the t-Uate of Nebraska, will on the first
Monday, being the 6th day of Novem
ber. 1923, as required by law. com
mence Felling- at the office of the
County Treasurer of nald counts', in
the City of Plattsmouth, at public auc
lion. fo much of the following tracts
cf lands and town lots as shall be
necessary to pay the taxes, together
with Interest and costs that may have
accrued thereon that day, being- the
delinquent taxes for the year 1922 and
prior years, as appears from the tax
lists for said vearn.
Said sale will be held between the
hours of nine o'clock a. m., and four
o'clock p. m., of said date, and will
continue from day to day between
said hours until all of said property
upon which delinquent taxes remain
unpaid, shall be sold or offered for
cale.
Dated at Plattsmouth, Cass county,
Nebraska, this 1st day of October, A.
