DEATH OF FRANK
Resident of Wintersteen Hill Passed
Away Last Night at His Home
After a Long Illness.
Last evening Frank Kuschinsky
tme of the well known residents of
Wintersteen hill passed away after
Ian illness of some duration, at the
bge of sixtv-nine years. Mr. Kus
chinsky has been a resident of this
city for a great many years and was
well known to a large number of
the residents of the community, who
will share with the members of the
family the regret that the passing
of this gentleman has brought.
The deceased was a member of the
Roman Catholic church and the fun
eral services will be held tomorrow
morning at 10 o'clock from the St
John's church, being conducted by
Rev. Father M. A. Shine.

P. P. Meisinger and wife who have
been enjoying a visit at Pekin and
other places in Illinois, returned home
on the early morning Burlington
train today. Mr. Meisinger reports
that that locality was visited by a
rain on Saturday that was followed
by the snow storm of the last few
