I. T. Royer, of near Avoca and
Earl Lancaster, of near Murray, were
in Plattsmouth Wednesday of last
week, looking having sale bills print
ed for Mr. Royer's sale pt personal
property, which will be held at his
present home on October 18th. Mr.
Royer purchased a farm near Arriba,
Colorado, about a year ago and ex
pects to move onto his new posses
sion as soon as he can gather his
crops this year. Remember the sale
will be held on the Straub farm near
Avoca on October 18th, commencing
at 10:00 o'clock a. m. Look for his
bills and ed in next week's paper.
