Union. Neb., Sept. 20. This morning at her home near this city Mrs. Norman DelesDernier passed away after a week's illness from a severe attack of erysipelas and dur ing which time she has been suffer ing a great deal. Mrs. DelesDernier has resided near Union for the past eight years the family moving there from near Nehawka where they made their heme for several years and during her residence in this community the departed lady has made many warm friends who are grief stricken at her death and who share with the husband and three young daughters the sorrow that has befallen them. The deceased was formerly Miss Em ma Dreamer and resided during her girlhood at the home near Elmwood where her brother J. C Dreamer now resides. She was forty-one years of age and leaves to mourn her death, the husband and three daughters, aged lfi. 12 and five years of age. The funeral services of this worthy lady will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Methodist church at Nehawka and will be conducted by Rev. W. A. Taylor of Union. Last evening as William son was driving south on avenue" for his home south city he was run into by a automobile and five spokes of one of the wheels of his buggy were brok en and knocked out by the car. As far as can bo learned the automo bile was running without lights and before Mr. Patterson was aware of the near approach of the car it was upon him and only the quick work of I he auto driver as well as Mr. Patterson in getting his team, in the clear saved a serious mix up. It was impossible to identify the auto mobile or the driver owing to the darkness and after the mix up the car continued on its way.
