Kas., came up last week to visit her father, Sam Cashmer, who is slowly recovering from a sick spell. Harry Parsell of near Havelock was in town Monday on business. His son, John, enlisted in the army in ! Mr. and Mrs. Charles F. Rosenow and son, Karl, were Weeping Water visitors Sunday afternoon. Mr. Rose now is lining up the rural carriers for a meeting at Weeping Water next Saturday night and for the state convention at Fremont in Aug ust. The Ladies Aid society of the M. E. church will serve ice cream on the church lawn Saturday afternoon and evening. June 29. Everyone is very cordially invited to come and do their bit in helping the society in its good work.
