In regard to the High School Lec ture Course, the people from out of town feel that they are not receiving fair treatment. They paid just as much for their season tickets as the city people did, and feel as thought they should stand an equal show of reserving choice seats without the necessitv of having to drive into town all the way from two to ten miles and some farther, just for the purpese of mak ing the reservations. They spend from one-half to three-quarters of an hour trying to call the manager of the hoard only to be told by 'Central' that the line is busy, and if by any chance they should have good luck, and finally be given the line1 they are met by the response. "The manager is busy at the board, call again in fifteen minutes or half an hour", and of course by that time all seats are taken except in "Xigger Heaven" -or possibly a few in the last row of bal cony. Why cannot one person be station ed at the phone to answer such calls, and as fast as the calls come in: he could make reservations for them without bothering the one who is taking care of the personal orders at the board. If the committee that sees after selling tickets for the Lecture Course can not make some betjer arrange ments, so that the country people can receive some satisfaction when phon ing in for reservations, they will have to look elsewhere than to these peo ple "When they want to sell season tickets for the support of next, var's course.
