IMr. Tuey seems to be im provir.tf from the attack of pneumonia but other complications have set in that make it a very hard matter to deal with the illness. The daughters of Mr. Tuey have been called to his bed-ire, as veil as his brother, Will iam Tuey of this city, and will re main with the father until a change in his condition is apparent. Mr. Tuey has not boon in the best of health for several years past and the last illness has greatly taxed his con stitution to resist it. Reports from Glenwood this after noon state that Mrs. Tuey, who has I con feeling quite badly, but who was taking care of the husband, had been taken down with pneumonia and is in very critical condition. Last evening a little tran'rer ar rived at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Frank E. Schlater in this city and announced his intention of making his home hereafter under the Schlater roof. Tiie new arrival is a fine little son and a real live American boy, that is the pride of the happy par ents. The friends of Mr. and Mrs. Schlater will extend their best wishes to the parents for the future welfare of the little son and with the hope that in the years to come he may be a joy and comfort to his family. The Satchell family have just recently returned to Cass county from their former home rear Stanton, and the new Mr. Satchell can claim the honor of being born in the fairest county of the state.
