Hall by children of the Elm wood schools last Friday afternoon Avhen Miss Hill and her kindergarten pupils were out picnicir.g, and the at tending revelations as to the manner and cause of death, came as a most sorrowful surprise to the many friends of that good man and worthy citizen.
