Tite case involves the settlement of .-.uite a large estate and the amount involved will be considerable. The widow was given some S"00 under the will and was later ordered by the county cottrt to turn over to the ad ministrator several thousand dollars' worth of notes, which she claimed haul been given her by her husband 'ucfore his death. The childern of the deceased contested this claim, with the lcstdt as noted above.
