Ileshiro Miyarnots, of Japan, brought replevin in Judge Arch er's court this morning, describ ing in his atlidavit 18 boxes of chinaware, toys and high-strike machinery and shelf lumber con tained in car No. 35580 Sante Fe, in the Burlington freight yards, and making the C, H. it (J. de fondant in the suit, the answer day to bo next Tuesday, the 16th inst. Attorney Dwyer appeared for the plaintiff. A very complicated suit also ponding in Judge Archer's court is one brought by Attorney W. H. Buddah of Omaha, in which Thomas S. Kelly is plaintiff and James Marshall is defendant. The amount in controversy here is $400 for goods or money advanc ed. The suit was originally one of replevin-in-an Omaha court of the goods from one Riley, the goods being stored by the Kelly people, were taken out of storage and shipped to Platlstnouth to the defendant, Marshall. The re nlevin papers were served last night ami the goods allowed lo re main in tho custody of the railway company. Today Stewart Eaton and another gentleman brought an attachment suit in Judge Arch er's court attaching the same goods which Mr. Kelly replovincd, their claim being for wages in the sum of $57.
