Dull, who has been so ill for the past few months, remains about the same as last week. He is not suffering a great deal, but his condition is very weak." Gilmoro is in receipt of a message this week from his brother, J. E. Gilmore, Tit Hay Springs, (o the effect (hat he is suffering with a severe attack of typhoid fever. J. E. Gilmoro is one of the leading attorneys of Hay Springs. A. H. Becker, the hustling slock man, from Union, passed through Murray Wednesday morning, en route home from Omaha, where he had been with a ear of stock Mr. Decker is one of Ihe leading farmers and stockmen of Liberty precinct and also one of the most successful buyers in Cass county Mr. and Mrs. Homer Shrader are rejoicing this week over the arrival of a new baby girl at their home Monday. Ihe addition to Ihe Shrader family makes Ihe happy father's fondest desire complete, having a baby boy a few years old and now Ihe little gir gives them a family of four 1 inler such circumstances the father has cause for being happy Both mother and lillle one are do ing nicely. Our good friend, Henry Long who has been fonllneil to his home for Ihe past three months with a broken limb, is getting along very nicely at Ihis time, being able to get out and around the house pome. Merger, who went to Lincoln a few days ago for treat ment of rheumatism at the sanitarium, is improving rapidly and will be able to return home before many days. Mrs. D. II. Churchill, who ar rived in Murray a few days ago for a visit willi Murray relatives, went to Plallsiiioulh Wednesday, accompanied by her sister and lu'ol her-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. W. S. Haw Is, she departed Thursday for Twin Falls, Idaho, where Mr. and Mrs. Churchill will make t In i r future home. John Irish was in Murray Wednesday, accompanied by E. J. Ileisel of Fremont, who is in the tine horse business. Mr. Ileisel is a breeder and importer of Per cheion, Melgian and Clyde stal lions, and has been trying to place one of his celebrated animals in Murrny, and there is a probability that a slock company will be or ganized for that purpose. He sold one a few days ago to Aug ust Klemm, near Plattsmouth, weighing 1,950 pounds. Land fop Sale. The deceased has been a resident of Ihis county for a great many years, up to five years ago living near Louisville, at which time she relumed to Murray, at Ihe home of Mr. and mrs. Davis. I lie deceased was 01 years of age and had been sick for some lime, but serious for only (he past two weeks. She is the mother of Mrs. Davis. The funeral will be held Friday and interment made at. The home of Mr. and Mrs. (ilen Yallery was the scene of much merriment Saturday evening, at which time they were made the ecipients of a most delightful surprise party.
