Decision Favors Morgan.
(From Monday's Dally)
A decision ew as rendered today by
Judge Archer in favor of Mrs. Morgan
in the Morgan s. Murphy ease spoken
of in last Saturday's News. It is a
rather unusual case where the wife's
pri pcrty is now held liable for the
.sum of ')!, the value of housclu Id
necessities in the form of clothing pur-i
chased from the Morgi.n stoic a few
years ago. A judgment was securi'il
against Mr. Murphy last year but
not having possessions valued to that
amount, the sum was never eihtained
by the plaintiff. Today's derision
would cause the claim to be paid out
of the wife's possessions, but it will
preibtibly be carrie'd up to a higher
court iiiid it will be some! time yet be
fore the case is settleel.

"Tired at Three O'clock?" "No Sir! I Use the Mocarch"
IF typewriters were machines run mechanical means in
stead of human hands, you would find that, with iffice ammnt
of pnr r, a Monarch could be run at a higher maintained speed
than other typewriters.
Run by k'girl power," you find that the Monarch is run at
a higher all-day average speed than other typewriters, and
without a "tapering off," from fatigue toward the day's end.
Both these truths are due to the fact that
