HE IT ORDAINED, By the mayor and coun
cil of the city of Plattsmouth, Nebraska:
Section I. That the I'latUmouth Telephone
Company be, and it is hereby granted the right
to construct, maintain, and i perate a telephone
system within the corporate limits of the City of
Plattsmouth. Nebraska and ior such purposes,
the said telephone company is hereby granted
the use of the streets and alleys, and Mich other
public places, within the said city, as stia l De re
quired for such purposes for the period ol twenty
years from August 3id, A. I), lsys.
