AT TUB TAHEIINACLE. The First Baptist church wn ap propriately dedicated yesterday. In the morning a sermon was de livered by Rev. William D. D., of Lincon. At 7::) Kev. Griffith, of Shenandoah, occupied the pulpit. Several piominet workers of the church were present, among whom was Rev. S. Merril, a eon of the early Baptist missionary who was more instrumental in establishing the church on a firm basitf in this state, than any other man. The pastor and his parishioner are to be con gratulated upon having finished and rendered lice tront pecuniary incumbrance such a commodious and convenient place of worship. AT Til E IJOII EMI AN CATHOLIC CHUKCII FIxtensive preparations had been made by the Bohemian branch of the Catholic church to dedicate their new church situatedin the west part of the ciiy in grand style and ap paiently their expectations were fully reabaed. A lare delegation of the A' O. II., of Omaha, accom panied by their band arrived on No. 4, they wee met at the sta tion by the local branch here and, with colon fly'ng and bauds play ing, they were escorted to the church where seventy-five little girl were consecrated with the usual ceremony.
