A special meeting of the HO A
was held at the John Rteinberg
home with honorary members
being guests they were Mrs. Su
sie Haynes and Mrs. Jessie
Crunk. There was a Mother’s
Day exchange. The regular meet
ing of the club met last Tuesday
with Mrs. Harry Van Horn. Mrs
Robert Van Horn was a guest.
The ladies did their own fancy
work. Mrs. William Wattermann
will be the next hostess.
RNA Kensington
Ten members were present
Wednesday afternoon at the home
of Mrs. Hester Edmisten, when
Kensington met with her. Mrs.
Alta Finch will be the next hos
tess.
Mr. and Mrs. Allen Gross and
Arden spent a few days in Grand
Island visiting her parents.

entertained at a cook-out Satur
day night at the Nissen home.

Four senior MYF members, ac
companied the Rev. Robert Lin
der, Monday to Camp Fontenelle
where they will spend a weeks
stay there. They were Roberta
Asher, John Crumly, Marilyn
Max and Dick Linder. They are
being sponsored by the King’s
Daughters, WSCS and The Tri
F's. •

Page Public school held their
year-end picnic in the auditorium
of the schoolhouse Thursday.
Ice cream, coffee and kool-aid
was furnished by the school
board.

were given out.

will be held at Page in the near
fjture.
It was voted to buy four cara
fes to be left at the church. No
meeting will be held until June
6. As Bible school will be in
progress at that time WSCS will
be held at the home of Mrs. Ray
mond Heiss.
It was agreed to pay something
to defray expenses to those at
tending Junior and Senior MYF
camp.
Get Well cards were signed and
sent to Laurie Trowbridge and
Mrs. Arnold Stewart. A sympa
thy card was signed for Mrs.
Mae Copes.

the pavement near the bandstand.
This is to help with the expen
