Ax < rdmg to Rev Hays, Univer sity Pastor, some of the activi ties of the trip will include study of city problems, field trips to many parts of the city, a work project and sight-seeing. The group left Lincoln April 16 and will return April 20. Eight and Forty Members Attend Stanton Meeting Eight and Forty partners of Madi.on Count/ Salon No. 410 were entertained at Stanton Thursday evening. Following an informal hour at the Fay Pol lock home a 7:30 dinner was serv ed at the Coffee Shop with the Misses Emmalyn McKinley and Daisy Robinson and Mrs. Pollock as hostesses. The table center piece was a Easter hat tree in a setting of Easter eggs and Eas ter chicks. Mrs. Ervin Ashby, LeChafieau conducted the regular marche 4-H Club Notes Midway 4-H Midway 4-H club was held Fri April 12, at the home of Lit i on and Karla Anson. The pre nuent called the meeting to or der followed by Sharon Anson leading the flag salute. Roll call was answered by nam ing a favorite pet. The achieve ment awards for 1962 were dis tributed. The meeting was clos ed with the 4-H pledge led by Pamela Crawford. We answered roll call by show ing a sample of our material and telling why we liked it. A demonstration was given by Janice Heiss on muffins. This ■was followed by our dividing in to groups. We were served lunch by Mrs Heiss after games were played with Joan Cronk the leader. She also gave a report on rural home maker's day, including a dem onstration on "How to Buy and Save Money”. Mrs. Beilin will be the next hostess. School term having ended at Wayne State Teachers College Doug Spittler, Jerry Kilcoin, Som ta Wilson, Dick Allen, Skip Ver zal, Bill Nelson, and Kathy Brown have returned to O’Neill Judge and Mrs. D. R. Mounts returned this week from Phoenix Ariz., where they spent the win ter. Spending their Easter vacation with their parents from the Un iversity of Nebraska, Lincoln, are Ellen Lohaus, Ruth Ann Walker Larry Tomlinson, Bob Kramer Nyla Jaszkowiak, Mike Hand Gary Jeffrey, Mike Fletcher Joan Wilson and Richard Ernst.
