Mr and Mrs. Rudy Cihlar were O’Neill shoppers Friday. Mrs. T. J. Graham consulted the doctor Friday and is slowly improving. Mrs. John Derickson received word of the death of her father, Moses M. Mitchell, Orchard. Mr Mitchell was ttU and had been in fioor health for a number uf years. He had been cared for by his daughters. The Mitchells had resided in the Dorsey area years ago. Services were held Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Evangelical United Brethern church. Mr. and Mrs. Guy Hull were Sunday dinner guests at the Tho mas Hiscocks home. Aim have left their former home and are now living in O’Neill. They are at present with Mrs. Hendricks as she has just returned from the hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Otto Ruzicka were Saturday callers at the Har old Osborn and Roger Rosen krans homes. Gene Gillogy cabled hay for Lloyd Brady on Friday. Seventeen ladies of the neigh borhood helped Mrs. Bruce Shald celebrate her birthday Monday afternoon at her home. The af ternoon was spent playing bingo. Ann received many lovely gifts. The ladies wished her many more Happy Birthdays. Services Held At Atkinson for Silvia Mae Lieb Funeral services for Silvia Mae Lieb, 88, were held February 18, at the Methodist church, Atkin son, with the Rev. Milan S. Cole man officiating. Burial was at the Woodlawn cemetery. Pallbearers were Robert, El roy, Lyle and Chris Lieb, Max Lipsky and VVilmer Shaffer. Silvia Mae Dollarhide, the daughter of Joseph and Sarah Meredith Dollarhide, was bom December 19. 1875 at Knoxville, la., and died February 14 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Lee Marlow. She married Chris H. Lieb at Council Bluffs, August 9, 1892, and they l>ecame the parents of seven children.
