When these pullets are housed they're
going to be put under stress. The less
you disrupt their routine, the less prob
lems you'll have when you get them
into the laying house. New pullets
should be vaccinated and wormed at
least three weeks before they are
housed. This gives them time to re
cuperate and get back to normal.

It takes healthy flocks to give you peak winter egg produc
