    A Poem
From Mrs. Eby... 1
In Mi'Jnorlam lor O. B. Stuart
I had a brother the last one I
had, so you’ll see why my heart
is so sad, when the Lord said
“come home”. Though we
can’t understand when we
tliought he was needed so
much in our land.
Since with him we’ve traveled
so many years, we can’t help
shedding some bitter tears. But
we've always found God's way
is best through, with our short
vision it’s hard we confess.
But somehow we know if we un
derstand why he was called
when his life was so good, and
this old world needs go<xl men
we know, as on through life we
continue to go, always ready to
help in times of need and little
children by the hand to lead.
And his quiver was full, six
children and grandchildren too,
who will mourn for him their
whole lives through and one
lonely old sister eighty years
old, who remembers him with
his heart of gold.
And Olga, his true blue wife,
who sUxxi by him all through
his life, inspiring and boosting
him all the way. Though at
times the way looked rugged
she just kept gay, smiling right
through as a good wife should
do, cheering him on all his life
through.
But all we can say "God’s will,
not ours” and his friends were
legion, as shown by the flowers,
banking the church from each
side we know, helping in their
sweet way to soften the blow.
