Meet ing was called to order by presi dent Henry Lohaus Minutes of the previous meet ing of August 7 were read and approved. There was a motion by I)r. Wil son, seconded by Harold Weier that a special meeting lie called on Sept. U to pass on {tills now due On account of other pressing business at this time it was not possible to get these hills pro cessed in time for the regular meeting. Motion carried. There followed a discussion with attorney Julius Cronin tak ing part and advising the Board regarding the matter of acquiring the property adjacent to the present athletic field. Motion by I»r.
