The Rev. Robert Peterson officiated at the double ring ceremony. Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Conrad J. Thorell, Bris tow and Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Gaines, Pi miona, Calif. Rahe Johnson, Neligh, soloist, sang “O Promise Mee” and "The Lord's Prayer.” He was accom panied by Mario Johnson, Bris ti»w. The bride, escorted to the al 1ar 'by her father, was attired in a floorlength gown of Rochelle lace and tulle over satin. The snug fitting Elizabethan bodice featured a V neckline, defined by bias folds of the tulle net and long pointed sleeves. A bouffant skirt was fashioned with a front panel of lace and a cascade of ruffles of alternate tulle and lace, extending into a chapel train. Her bouffant veil of French illusion fell into a circular sweep from a capulette of satin roses Joan Moser, James Childers Wed Saturday Joan Moser, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Moser, Clear water, and James Childers, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Childers, Elgin, were married June 2 at 10 a.m. in St. Theresa's Catholic church in the presence of 200 guests. The Rev. C. F. Broder son officiated. The bride, escorted to the al tar by her father, wore a floor length gown of chantilly lace and nylon tulle. The basque bodice featured a Sabrina neckline and the sleeves tapered to bridal points. The bouffant skirt had a wide band of scalloped hand clipped border lace. Her veil of French illusion was caught to a crown of pearls and rhinestones. She carried a colonial bouquet of red roses with a removable cor sage, writh satin streamers and stephanotis. Lois Moser, sister of the bride was maid of honor and brides maid was Dolores Moser. They wore mint green dresses of chif fon over taffeta with scoop neck lines and three quarter length sleeves, with matching head pieces. Their bouquets were white pompons with green satin rib bons and ivy leaves. Laurie Funk was flower girl and Edward Moser jr. was ring bear er. Gary' Childers served as best man. Ushers were Wayne Child ers and Raymond Moser. Air 11:30 dinner was given by the bride’s parents for 125 guests in St. Theresa’s parish hall fol lowed by a reception from 2 un til 4 p.m. for 200 guests. Sharon Twiss. Karen Anderson Weds Gaylen Montgomery In Double Ring Rite The marriage of Miss Karen Anderson, daughter of Mr. and Airs. Russel Anderson and Gay len N. Montgomery, son of Mrs. Walter Montgomery. Royal, was solemnized in a candlelight cere mony Sunday evening in the Sa lem Covenant schurch. The double ring ceremony was performed by Pastor Emmet Swanson. He was attired in a white dinner jacket and dark trousers and carried the rings on a white satin pillow. Following the ceremony a re ception for the guests was given by the bride’s parents in the church parlors. The bride, given in marriage by her father, appeared in a gown of sheer mist organza styled with a satin schiffle embroidered bo dice, repeated in the three quar ter length sleeves. Delicate seed pearl embroidery enhanced the yoke of the oval neckline. The bouffant skirt was styled with a panel of the schiffle embroidery in front and repeated in the back tapering into a chapel train and topped with an organza bow at the waistline. Her finger-tip veil fell from a crown of white pearls and se quins. She carried a bouquet of pink roses. Her only jewelry was a pearl necklace, a gift of the bridegroom. Joyce Anderson, West Point, served as maid of honor. Brides maids were Mrs. Ron Helsing, Fremont and Jeanette Landholm, West Point. The attendants wore identical street length sheath dresses of three shades of pink polished cotton, with chiffon ov erskirts, pink net hats and white gloves. They carried bouquets of white daisies. Candlelighters were Ieda Mont gomery and Alan Anderson. Serv ing as flower girls were Suzy and Beth Montgomery. David Schold and Timmy Erickson were ringbearers. Stanley Montgomery served his brother as best man. Donald Montgomery and Claire Andersen were groomsmen. Following the ceremony a re ception was held in the church parlors for 250 guests. Mr. and Mrs. Cariando Anderson, aunt and uncle of the bride, served as host and hostess. Miss Siders was a graduate of Inman high school and Business College in Grand Island. Mr. Ross is a graduate of St. Mary’s high school and is now serving in the U. 3 Navy at Long Beach, Calif. After June 10 the couple will make their home in Long Beach Calif.
